How do I order Promotional Products?
Browse our website, beginning with our Product Catalogue Gateway, to select products that will serve your purpose;

Each online catalogue will open in a new browser window, making it easy for you to remain on our website while reviewing our gallery of products, all with ‘custom’ possibilities for you!

Make a record of the Catalogue and Code/Style Number of the products that interest you.  Be sure to select appropriate size, colour and quantity;

Once you have selected the products you are interested in, Contact Us  advising your Name and Contact Details along with the information required above.  Please also include details of your logo or decoration method required. 

We will provide a written quotation and advise you of delivery time for products you request.  In some circumstances, samples can be arranged to assist you with your decision;

On acceptance of our quotation, we will send you an Order Confirmation and Artwork Approval form for you to sign and return by fax or email

Let Lifeprints do the hard work for you!  We will advise you of your impending delivery prior to dispatch and we will deliver your custom products direct to your specified location.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Lead times to produce your promotional items can vary.  Most locally stocked and decorated items will take approximately 2-3 weeks, however please advise if you require your order for a special event and where possible, we will endeavour to meet your request.

We will confirm availability of your order prior to acceptance as occasionally, very popular products become temporarily unavailable.

We do everything possible to assure rapid processing and delivery of your order – On time, every time!

What form of payment do you accept?
Lifeprints accepts cash, cheque, Mastercard or Visa and direct deposit to our bank account.  All orders are on a COD basis unless specified otherwise.
